Getting started with a Dubsado setup is simple. Here is what working together looks like, step by step:
01 Discovery Call
We’ll chat about your business, your goals, and whether a Dubsado setup is the right fit for you.
02 Sign Up
If we are a good fit, you receive a proposal, contract, and invoice which is valid for 1 week. Your spot is secured once the contract is signed and payment is made.
03 Strategy Session
A deep dive session to map out every detail of your client process. You’ll have pre-work to complete before this session.
04 Dubsado Setup
I build everything included in your package inside your Dubsado account.
05 Offboarding & Support
We review your setup together and you receive post-project support as you begin using your system.

Once I have everything I need to get started, a full setup is typically completed within one week.
Before starting, you'll have some pre-work to complete and a Strategy session.

Once you sign up, we will begin with a strategy call to map out your client process and confirm every step that will be included in your setup.
Before this call, you will complete your onboarding questionnaire and provide a first draft of your client process.
After the strategy call, you will receive a list of any remaining content needed. Once everything is submitted, your build date will be assigned.
On your build date, I will complete the setup inside your Dubsado account. When the build is finished, we will review everything together in a final call so you know exactly how your system works.
Support is included as you begin bringing clients through your new process so you feel confident using your setup.

Your involvement is focused on a few key points throughout the project. Here is what to expect:
Onboarding Questionnaire: Completed before the strategy call and used to gather key details about your business. Time: 3-4 hours
Strategy Call: A collaborative session where we map out your client process together. Time: 2 hours
Pre-Work: After the strategy call you will receive a list of items needed. Time: 2-3 hours
Feedback: During the build, I may reach out with occasional questions or for quick approvals. Time: 1-2 hours
Offboarding Call: Once the setup is complete we will walk through everything together so you feel confident using it. Time: 90 minutes
Testing: During your support period you will begin bringing clients through the process and request any small edits needed. Time: 2+ hours

Yes.
All setups have a 50/50 payment plan. The first installment is due when you sign the contract to secure your spot, and the second installment is due once your start date is assigned.

Yes. A support period is included after your setup is complete to help you confidently begin using your system.
During this time, support is available for clarification as you test your workflows and start bringing clients through your process. A set number of hours for small edits or calls is also included.
You will also receive access to a Dubsado video library and reference materials so you can find answers and guidance as you continue using your system.

If your full client process needs to be mapped, refined, and built from inquiry to offboarding, a full Setup is still the right fit even if you already have forms or emails in place.
Starting with existing pieces does not reduce the scope, since everything still needs to be reviewed, aligned, and rebuilt as one complete system.

Yes. Canned emails are written for you and tailored to your client process. If you already have emails you use regularly, you are welcome to share them and I can use them as a starting point.
